The Story

A noodle run, a storm and a floor that isn’t on the directory. How every Hitman night begins.

The contract

Hitman

Hitman is one room with one story, and it is a short one: a wet night in Midtown, a lift that stops where it shouldn’t, and an office belonging to people you should never meet.

Everything else on this site is the Club’s: the people around that building, the diaries they keep and the stories they tell about floor seven and a half.

Part one

The Lucky Noodle

Midtown, a wet night

It was meant to be a quiet night: rain on the neon, takeaway from the Lucky Noodle, home by eleven. Somewhere above the city, an electrical storm was building.

Part two

Floor seven and a half

Halfway up the building the power surged, the lift shook and ground to a halt, and both the 7 and the 8 lit up on the panel. When you levered the doors open, you were between floors, in an office that isn’t on any directory: maps on the walls, cash on the desk, and an Employee of the Month plaque for an organisation called Assassins Anonymous.

Part three

Sixty minutes

Escape This Perth CBD · Hay Street Mall

Their best man is out on a contract tonight, and he doesn’t take kindly to visitors. Keep a cool head, work as a crew and find the way out of the lair inside sixty minutes, before the Hitman gets home.
