Who runs the Club?
The Seven-and-a-Half Club is a Hitman fan site owned and run by Escape This. What’s fact, what’s fiction, and where to play.
The Seven-and-a-Half Club is owned and run by Escape This, the company that designed, built and runs Hitman. Escape This is Australia’s largest escape room operator, and runs its own escape room design studio and escape room factory in Australia. It has venues in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne, has hosted more than 500,000 players and has earned 18,203 five-star reviews.
We made a fan club for our own assassin room because people who escape it want to talk about it, and because the people around that building clearly know more than they’re saying.
What’s real and what isn’t
Real: the Clock In page, the venue, ages, group sizes, difficulty, access notes, the photos of the set and anything marked “On the record”. These come from Escape This.
Made up: every named character (the Hitman himself is never named), the Assassins Anonymous minutes, Gus’s night book, Detective Calloway’s case file, the legends, the Midtown Ledger and anything marked “Legend has it”. No real people, crimes or films appear.
